Keep On is dedicated to my disabled wife, who has shown me what it really means to keep going. We celebrated our ten-year anniversary recently, and have been through so much, and she's just so resolute and steadfast. The title felt like a fitting tribute to her and a meaningful way of bringing these songs together.

The new song came from a grungy melody I'd found that made me think of Chris Cornell, and the lyrics flowed from thinking about him. When I played it live this summer, it went down so well I had to release it in its live acoustic intimate form.
